At Exchange New Car Sales (ENCS) our mission is to serve our customers forthrightly by ensuring absolute fairness in the purchase of Chrysler, Ford, Harley-Davidson or American-made Honda (Europe only) motor vehicles.

We accomplish this by catering to our customers' unique needs, and by providing them with a high quality and flexible car buying program that enables them, whether remaining overseas or returning home, to acquire vehicles equipped as ordered for delivery where and when required. Most importantly, we provide our overseas customers with the peace-of-mind that the transaction will take place exactly as we have promised.
