Are You Eligible?

1. A member of the U.S. Military, National Guard, Reserve or civilian component (including DOD contractors) who are authorized to purchase through the Army and Air Force Exchange / Navy Exchange System.
2. You must be on active status and stationed overseas outside of the 50 United States on either PCS, TDY or other assignment orders of 30 consecutive days or more.
